"AS A PILOT, ONLY TWO BAD THINGS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU: ONE DAY YOU WILL WALK OUT TO THE AIRCRAFT KNOWING THAT IT IS YOUR LAST FLIGHT IN AN AIRCRAFT. ONE DAY YOU WILL WALK OUT TO THE AIRCRAFT NOT KNOWING THAT IT IS YOUR LAST FLIGHT |

In the past we have organized seminars, conferences and workshops for experts in the field, addressing dedicated topics in aircraft design and flight test.
Presently, the focus is on Loss-of-Control-Accidents. This topic is of particular interest since the number of fatalities remains high over the years. According to some statistics, more than 2000 people have lost their lives in LOC-I accident in commercial aviation over the last ten years. The number of accidents in general aviation is even higher.
Presently, manufacturers, research institutions, the simulator industry and the regulator are getting together to look into
- Improved simulator fidelity
- Improved pilot training
- Stall recovery procedures
